Data Protection

Our Policy

All our records are covered by the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and will be used for the administration of the Society.

The Society holds information about members so it can fulfil its function.

This data is primarily used to generate labels for our mailings and to keep records of payment.

The Society does not share any information about its members to any outside body. Any requests are refused.

We do not publish a general membership list.

Only Officers requiring information to carry out the functions of the Society are allowed access to this data.


Our membership records are held by the Membership Officer who is happy to discuss any concerns you may have.
